1. Appointments & Booking

All spa and salon services are subject to availability. We recommend prior appointment booking to ensure timely service. Late arrival may result in reduced service time without price adjustment.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least a few hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation charges or loss of booking priority.

3. Health & Medical Conditions

Clients are advised to inform our staff about any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before taking any spa or massage service. Ashriveda Spa & Salon will not be responsible for any issues arising due to undisclosed health conditions.

4. Hygiene & Conduct

We maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards. Any inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or violation of spa etiquette will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.

5. Payments & Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be made in full before or after the service as per spa policy. Offers and packages are valid for a limited period only.

6. Personal Belongings

Ashriveda Spa & Salon is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Clients are advised to take care of their valuables.

7. Refund Policy

Once a service has started or been completed, no refunds will be provided. Refunds, if any, are subject to management discretion.

8. Service Modifications

Ashriveda Spa & Salon reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue any service, package, or offer without prior notice.

9. Privacy

Client information is kept confidential and used only for appointment, service, and communication purposes. We do not share personal data with third parties.
